Position Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Company Secretary (CS) to manage corporate compliance, governance, and finance & accounts–related activities. The role requires close coordination with management, auditors, and regulatory authorities to ensure statutory and financial compliance.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws
- Handle ROC filings, statutory registers, and corporate records
- Organize Board, Committee, and General Meetings; prepare agendas and minutes
- Support finance and accounts functions, including finalization of accounts and MIS
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other financial regulations
Qualifications:
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws, compliance, and finance & accounts
- Excellent drafting, communication, and coordination skills
Location: Jaipur (Work from Office)
