About the Opportunity

Kamal Gupta & Co. has opened up applications for 3 positions of associates and junior associates to work with them at their office in Delhi.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Legal research, drafting pleadings, petitions & opinions.
• Assisting in case preparation, court hearings & client meetings.
• Managing court filings, deadlines & procedural compliance.
• Working with seniors on litigation strategies.

Eligibility Criteria

• LL.B, enrolled with the State Bar Council
• Advocates with 0-4 years of litigation experience.
• Strong research, drafting & advocacy skills.
• Excellent written & spoken English.
• Passion for litigation & ability to work independently.

Remuneration

Starting from ₹4.8 LPA for deserving candidates.
