Kamal Gupta & Co. has opened up applications for 3 positions of associates and junior associates to work with them at their office in Delhi.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Legal research, drafting pleadings, petitions & opinions.
- Assisting in case preparation, court hearings & client meetings.
- Managing court filings, deadlines & procedural compliance.
- Working with seniors on litigation strategies.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B, enrolled with the State Bar Council
- Advocates with 0-4 years of litigation experience.
- Strong research, drafting & advocacy skills.
- Excellent written & spoken English.
- Passion for litigation & ability to work independently.
Remuneration
Starting from ₹4.8 LPA for deserving candidates.
