Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate – IBC & Company Act at Kings & Alliance LLP in Delhi, India. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters and Company Act compliance.

Qualifications

• LLB or LLM degree from a recognized institution
• 2+ years of experience in handling IBC & Companies Act matters
• Comprehensive Knowledge of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and Company Act
• Experience in corporate litigation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Legal research and writing abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
