This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate – IBC & Company Act at Kings & Alliance LLP in Delhi, India. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters and Company Act compliance.
Qualifications
- LLB or LLM degree from a recognized institution
- 2+ years of experience in handling IBC & Companies Act matters
- Comprehensive Knowledge of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and Company Act
- Experience in corporate litigation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Legal research and writing abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
