About the Opportunity
MS Fincap is inviting applications for a Legal Officer role focused on non-litigation work in the NBFC sector. This role offers hands-on exposure to property due diligence, title verification, and financial documentation, making it ideal for candidates interested in real estate and banking-related legal work.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conducting property due diligence and title verification
- Reviewing TSR (Title Search Reports) and vetting legal documents
- Handling pre and post-disbursement legal processes
- Coordinating with panel advocates and internal teams
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of property and banking-related legal work
- Good drafting and analytical skills
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in Gujarati language (mandatory)
- Familiarity with government portals (revenue and registration)
- Knowledge of Gujarat land revenue laws and procedures
- Understanding of EWS cases and Tripartite Agreements (TPA)
- Basic knowledge of NA Order, Kabja, and Akarni
