Roles & Responsibilities
- Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and applications independently
- Appearing before courts and handling matters confidently
- Assisting in litigation strategy and case preparation
- Conducting legal research and supporting ongoing matters
Eligibility Criteria
- Advocate enrolled with a State Bar Council / Bar Council of India
- Excellent command over English (written and spoken)
- Ability to handle drafting work independently
- Confidence in court appearances
- Enrolled freshers may apply if they meet the above skill requirements
