Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the role should possess:
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline from a recognized university
- First Class Master’s Degree in Law
- NET qualification or equivalent qualification as prescribed by UGC/BCI
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 10 years of experience in:
- Teaching
- Industry
- Research organization
- Professional work at managerial level or above
(The period spent in obtaining the research degree shall be excluded.)
Additional Requirements
Candidates should possess either:
- Experience of guiding at least 2 successful Ph.D. candidates; or
- 10 research publications in refereed/indexed journals
