along with individual clients before:
- Supreme Court
- High Courts
- Tribunals
- Sessions Courts

About the Role
The selected candidate may be responsible for:
- Drafting pleadings and written submissions
- Appearing independently before courts and tribunals
- Briefing senior counsel
- Managing client communication
- Working with junior colleagues on research and case preparation
- Handling matters from inception till final disposition
The role offers substantial exposure to commercial litigation and courtroom practice.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the role should possess:
- 3–5 years PQE in litigation
- LL.B. from a recognised institution
- Enrolment with the Bar Council of India
Preferred Candidates
Preference may be given to candidates having experience in:
- Commercial litigation
- Arbitration
- Insolvency matters
- Specific performance disputes
- Contractual disputes
Skills Required
Candidates should possess:
- Strong drafting skills
- Experience in pleadings, applications, and written submissions
- Exposure before multiple judicial forums
- Research and analytical abilities
- Professional communication skills
Forums Exposure
Candidates with exposure before the following forums may be preferred:
- Supreme Court
- High Courts
- Tribunals
- Sessions Courts
