About the Opportunity
Lex Corp is inviting applications from committed and detail-oriented professionals for immediate engagement in a litigation and dispute resolution practice. The role offers exposure to a wide range of matters including civil and commercial disputes, arbitration, company law (including insolvency), and consumer disputes.
Positions Available
1. Associate (0–1 Year PQE)
- Entry-level role
- Legal research, drafting support, and filings
- Assistance in matters before High Court of Delhi, NCLT, consumer commissions, arbitral tribunals, and other fora
2. Associate (2–3 Years PQE)
- Drafting pleadings, opinions, and handling appearances
- Independent handling of litigation matters
- Client coordination and matter management
- Exposure to High Court, NCLT/NCLAT, consumer fora, and arbitration
3. Associate (4–5 Years PQE)
- Independent conduct of matters and court appearances
- Strategy formulation and supervision of junior associates
- Handling disputes before High Court, tribunals, and arbitral forums
- LL.M. preferred
