About the Opportunity

Chandhiok & Mahajan is inviting applications from experienced professionals with a strong background in commercial litigation and arbitration. This role offers an opportunity to work on complex disputes across courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums, with exposure to high-quality litigation work.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handling commercial litigation and arbitration matters across all stages
• Appearing before courts, tribunals, and arbitral proceedings
• Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal opinions independently
• Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies
• Assisting in white-collar defence and investigations (preferred)
• Managing matters with ownership and professional responsibility

Eligibility Criteria

• 4–5 years PQE in dispute resolution
• Strong experience in commercial litigation and arbitration
• Capability to appear before courts and tribunals
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
