About the Opportunity
Chandhiok & Mahajan is inviting applications from experienced professionals with a strong background in commercial litigation and arbitration. This role offers an opportunity to work on complex disputes across courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums, with exposure to high-quality litigation work.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling commercial litigation and arbitration matters across all stages
- Appearing before courts, tribunals, and arbitral proceedings
- Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal opinions independently
- Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies
- Assisting in white-collar defence and investigations (preferred)
- Managing matters with ownership and professional responsibility
Eligibility Criteria
- 4–5 years PQE in dispute resolution
- Strong experience in commercial litigation and arbitration
- Capability to appear before courts and tribunals
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
