Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduates with strong knowledge of Corporate Law
- 1–2 years of experience in general corporate advisory (for experienced role)
- Demonstrated interest in M&A and transactional work
- Strong analytical, drafting, and research skills
- High level of attention to detail and professionalism
