The Office of Justice Vikram Nath, Supreme Court of India, is inviting applications for internships on a rolling basis for multiple periods in 2026.

Internship Periods

12 July 2026 to 31 August 2026
1 September 2026 to 30 September 2026
1 October 2026 to 6 November 2026
16 November 2026 to 18 December 2026

These are the only available internship periods as per the Supreme Court calendar, and internship certificates shall reflect the respective duration only. Applicants are advised to apply only if they are available for the complete duration of the selected period.

Eligibility Criteria

Applications are invited from:

Final Year students of a 5-year BA/BBA/BSc. LL.B. programme (or equivalent)
3rd Year students of a 3-year LL.B. programme
Recent Law Graduates

Application Deadline

The internship application must be submitted before the 15th of every month.

If applicants do not hear from the office by the 20th of the month preceding the internship period, they may assume that their application has not been successful.
