Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the position should fulfill the following criteria:

• 2 to 3 years of post-enrolment experience
• Mixed background in litigation and corporate/transactional work
• Strong drafting skills
• Comfort with general commercial agreements
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Ability to handle client-facing responsibilities
• Willingness to travel for court appearances and client meetings
• Candidates must be based in New Delhi or willing to relocate immediately

• Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
