Upcurve Group is hiring for the position of Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team in Pune.

This is an urgent vacancy, and early joiners / candidates on short notice are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts including:
  • MSAs
  • NDAs
  • SaaS Agreements
  • Vendor Agreements
  • Partnership Agreements
• Handling litigation before High Courts, NCLT, and other forums
• Managing insolvency proceedings under IBC
• Overseeing corporate, regulatory, and compliance mandates across the group
• Advising on data protection and privacy matters (DPDP Act exposure preferred)
• Partnering with business teams on day-to-day legal matters

Eligibility Criteria

• LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognised institution
• 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in IT, tech, or consumer-facing companies
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Commercial mindset with ability to work independently
• Must be available to join at short notice
