Incisive Law LLC is inviting applications for the position of Associate (Shipping) to join Augustine Liew’s Team.

About the Role
The firm is seeking a driven and capable associate with strong initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates with prior shipping law experience are preferred, though not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day conduct of contentious shipping matters
- Draft, review, and file court documents
- Conduct legal research and case law analysis
- Appear in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings
- Attend and lead client meetings
- Provide strategic advice and case updates to clients
- Handle litigation files independently from end to end
Eligibility Criteria
- 0–2 years’ PQE
- Admitted to the Singapore Bar
- Prior experience in shipping law preferred but not mandatory
- Must be based in Singapore
- Overseas candidates will not be considered as relocation support is not provided
