Position 1: Legal Officer / TP Claims Handler

Key Responsibilities
- Handling Motor Accident Claim Petitions before MACT Courts/ECC and High Courts across India
- Coordinating with panel advocates and investigators
- Scrutiny of investigation reports to identify defendable and settleable cases
- Vetting and authentication of legal documents including plaints, complaints, written statements, and counter affidavits
- Leading evidence before Tribunals/District Courts on behalf of the company
- Reviewing empaneled investigators and advocates
- Participation in Lok Adalat, conciliation, and mediation proceedings for settlement of motor accident claims
Qualifications
LLB or LLM
Experience Required
3–5 years of relevant experience
