Position Details
Position: Associate
PQE Required: 4–5 Years
Nature of Work
Complex patent and commercial IP litigation
SEP disputes and FRAND-related issues
Drafting pleadings, written submissions, and legal strategy notes
Court appearances and assisting in arguments
Advisory work alongside litigation, where required
Eligibility Criteria
4–5 years of relevant IP litigation experience
Strong drafting and analytical skills
Ability to handle responsibility in high-pressure, high-value matters
Strategic mindset beyond execution
Candidates with background as patent engineer in ICT or prior exposure to patent litigation/technology disputes will have a significant advantage
