Himachal Pradesh High Court has started publishing their judgments in the Hindi Language. The important orders and judgements given by the Court full bench and division benches will be made available on the Court website from the 1st of January 2023 in the Hindi language.
The judgements regarding the single bench are also made available from the 11th August 2023 on the Court website under the orders and judgements section on website. The High Court announced the move on its official website on August 16. The Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud said that from the month of January this year, the important judgement of Supreme court will be made available in the regional language. Till date, 2900 judgements has been translated in the vernacular languages.
The states like Bombay, Kerala, Madras and Allahabad had already began their judgements to be translated in their regional languages.
