
The Karnataka high court granted the permission to the pregnant woman lawyer to give exam from her hometown, mangaluru.
The issue was observed by press on 17 November, the woman have to give judicial service mains exam from capital city of Bengaluru.
The lady lawyer passed the preliminary exam which was held on 27 July. After that, she is qualified for mains exam, but due her delicate health and eight and half months pregnant, she wrote to high court to allowed her to give mains examination from her hometown, mangluru. She explained as it is 8 and half months, she is unable to travel so long for the, it will be difficult to her.
The high court committee granted permission to the woman, and also ordered the principal district and session judge at mangaluru, to arrange the necessary medicals at exam centre for an emergency.
