It is reported that this accident had occurred over the town of Bouloc , South-western France in July 2018 near the city of Toulouse. This is also published by the French Bureau of Enquiry and Analysis for Civil Aviation Safety in 2020. In this a pilot of 64 year – old has been sentenced to one year imprisonment for killing a skydiver during a plane wing jump. It has been said that it is done voluntarily.
A criminal court in Montauban , southern France has confirmed this imprisonment judgement to the media reports.
This occurred due to collision between the first wingsuits skydiver and the aircraft’s left wing , a few seconds after he jumped out of the plane. In this whole accident the wing suit skydiver died upon impact.
The pilot thought he had moved away from the skydivers descent path after doing a left turn , but only second later he get to know that heavy shock and realised that he had hited one of the skydivers.
