On Tuesday, the former president of the United States Donald Trump made his way to the courtroom in the city of New York to attend the fraud trial with respect to civil suit that might bring down his real estate kingdom.

In the span of almost less than a month, this was his fourth attendance at the hearing, the first three from 2nd to 4th of October. Trump made a rare move by volunteering to attend the trial for the initial three days, showing his personal involvement in and commitment to the present civil proceeding.

He used the chance to address the television cameras out of the courtroom about the matter, turning his presence into a campaign site.

Initially, the exact date of his coming back to appear in court aligned with Michael Cohen, his former attorney and an important witness for the matter, who has been scheduled to give testimony the following week.

In addition to an appraiser of real estate who was engaged in determining the value of Trump’s property of 40 Wall Street, Jack Weisselberg, the son of the previous chief financial officer of Trump Organisation, Allen Weisselberg, is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.

Trump is accused of making several hundred million dollars in illicitly obtained savings by inflating his properties’ worth through documents he gave banks, according to the complaint filed by Attorney General of New York Letitia James charging Trump of lawsuit worth 250 million dollars.

Trump claimed the trial was nothing but a “scam” and charged James who is a Democrat, of trying to harm his prospects of running for the election during his initial court appearance earlier this month.

The subject of the trial involves six unresolved claims in the lawsuit which include charges for conspiracy, fraud regarding insurance, and fabricating of business accounts.
