On June 5 2023 delhi high court made a intiative step regarding online haering .
This decision made hearing more easier, now no more geographical barrier will be barrier in justice.
The hearing shall be conducted in online mode with delhi high court rules .no person other than the parties and counsel of a particular case digitally join the proceeding
The hearing will be regarding property right ,matrimonial matters ,child adoption and child custody. The cases of sexual offences, including proceeding under section 376 of Indian penal code 1860 . case related to gender based violence against women ,matter under POCSO ACT 2012 CARE AND PROTECTION ACT 2015 , MEDICAL TERMINATION OF PREGNANCY ACT 1971. And many others matter .
This step save time and money of the citizen , justice will be easier for citizen .
