Eligibility Criteria

Experience in corporate law, securities law, and mergers and acquisitions.
Knowledge of legal due diligence and transaction documents.
Ability to provide legal advice and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in law.
Membership of the Institute of Company.
Secretaries of India (ICSI) is a plus.
