Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in corporate law, securities law, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Knowledge of legal due diligence and transaction documents.
- Ability to provide legal advice and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Membership of the Institute of Company.
- Secretaries of India (ICSI) is a plus.
