On 7 October 2023, Hamas ( a group in the Gaza Strip) bombarded bombs on Israeli citizens. It was Saturday, a holy day for the Jewish community. As per the claims by Hamas, more than 5000 bombs were fired on southern and central Israel, including Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. It led to the death of 1400 deaths and 239 people were taken hostage. This surprise attack on Israel shocked all around the world because the Iron Dome (a type of Air-Defence Missile) couldn’t save Israeli Citizens from the bombs. X media was flooded with images and videos of the attack. World leaders supported Israel that they have the right to defend and respond.
Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu launched “Operation Iron Swords” in response to the Attack. He called for a complete wipeout of Hamas from Gaza. He activated all three forces i.e., Army, Air Force, and Navy. Israeli air force started bombing the camps of Hamas. Israeli authorities stopped the supply of water and electricity to Gaza. A complete siege of Gaza was announced. Israel Forces activated their tanks to take control of the Gaza Strip.
When Israel’s forces were recovering the dead bodies of Israeli Citizens. They were IEDs (Improvised Explosive Devices) inside dead bodies and their belongings. Booby Trap is a kind of surprise attack on an enemy. There is an installation of a device which explodes when it is touched. Hamas terrorists installed IEDs inside the dead bodies of Israeli citizens. Israeli Forces were killed in numbers. In an incident, Hamas terrorists installed 7kgs of explosives in a school bag. It was a well-planned strategy by Hamas to kill Israeli Forces in the shield of citizens and their belongings. This war will go on for a long time. Both sides are ready to defend and attack. Hamas got support from Russia, Iran, Libya, and all Islamic Countries. Israel got support from The USA and all European Countries. The USA deployed its nuclear submarine in the eastern Mediterranean as a deterrent for Hamas-supported countries. The war between Israel and Hamas brought a humanitarian Crisis. Lakhs of people moved to the southern region of Gaza after the Israeli government announcement.
