About the School of Law:

Bahra University established the School of Law in the Year 2013 on its campus to offer 5-year Integrated Law Course. Later on, started three-year LL.B. course, 1-year LL.M and Ph.D. course. School of law has completed thirteen years with academic excellence. 5 th Bahra University Moot Court Competition organised by The Moot Court Society, School of Law. The moot proposition is based on Criminal Law.

Location: Bahra University, Solan (Wakhnaghat), Tehsil, Kandaghat, Distt Solan, Himachal Pradesh, PIN – 173234

Eligibility: Law Schools / Colleges / Institutes / Universities recognised by the Bar Council of India are eligible to participate in the All-India Level Moot Court Competition. The participants should be pursuing their Bachelor’s Degree in Law, i.e., Three-year or five-year law courses.

Team Composition

Each Team shall comprise of a minimum of two members and a maximum of three members.

How to Register?

Registration form complete with all Team Details must be submitted to mootcourtsociety@bahrauniversity.edu.in by (Form attached in the brochure provided at the end of this post).

The registration fee is Rs. 4000 (Without Accommodation).

The last date for submitting the registration form with the fee is 10th April, 2026.

● Each participant will be awarded with a certificate of participation as a token of appreciation to acknowledge their valuable contribution to the event.
