Role Overview

The firm is seeking a litigation professional with 1–2 years of experience across civil, criminal, and arbitration matters. The role involves assisting in proceedings management, drafting across forums, and supporting representation before courts and tribunals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in appearances before district courts, High Courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums
• Visit police stations and liaise with law enforcement authorities as required
• Support end-to-end litigation across civil, criminal, and arbitration matters
• Draft and review pleadings, petitions, affidavits, notices, and arbitration documents
• Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy and opinions
• Coordinate with clients, counsel, and regulatory authorities
• Manage hearings, filings, and procedural compliance
• Contribute to internal knowledge-building initiatives

Eligibility Criteria & Key Skills

• LL.B. from a recognised university and enrolled with the Bar Council of India
• 1–2 years of post-qualification litigation experience
• Exposure to civil, criminal, and/or arbitration matters
• Strong drafting, research, and developing advocacy skills
• Proficiency in Marathi (spoken and written)
• Ability to take ownership with guidance and work proactively
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused approach
