On Thursday, a man who had been granted bail by Justice Viju Abraham of the Kerala High Court the previous year stormed into the courtroom and hurled obscenities at the judge.

The individual, a lawyer, was charged with a felony last year and detained, according to sources. When he requested bail at the High Court, Justice Viju Abraham carefully evaluated the situation and denied him bail.

He was imprisoned for about a year before a trial court recently found him not guilty.

He stormed into Justice Abraham’s courtroom today and shouted at the jurist for denying him bail and sending him to prison for a year on a fabricated charge. According to the sources, he insulted the court and the system.

At first remaining composed, Justice Abraham suggested they discuss after court hours. Security guards apprehended the man outside the courtroom because he refused to stop.

It is now unknown if the Court will seek to hold the individual in contempt of court.
