About the Speaker
Kunal Goswami, is an Advocate, is a distinguished legal professional holding an integrated B.Com LL.B degree with a specialization in Taxation Laws from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun. His academic background reflects a strong command over both commercial and legal domains, particularly in areas involving taxation laws and statutory compliances. His dedication to the field of law is evident through his diverse engagements, both academically and professionally, positioning him as a versatile figure in the legal fraternity.
Prior to entering full-time legal practice, Mr. Goswami served as an Academic Consultant, providing essential academic support and guidance to international students, particularly in countries like Australia and the United Kingdom. His areas of expertise during this tenure included Taxation Laws, Statutory and Common Law subjects, along with management-related disciplines. This global academic exposure has enriched his analytical and comparative legal understanding, enabling him to offer nuanced perspectives on transnational legal issues. Additionally, he has earned recognition for mentoring postgraduate and doctoral law students, offering in-depth supervision for legal theses and research projects.
Currently, Mr. Goswami practices law at the High Court of Delhi, as well as in various District Courts, Tribunals, and Forums across the national capital region. His practice areas include both civil and criminal matters, where he is known for his thorough legal insight and commitment to justice. A strong believer in accessible justice, he actively engages in pro-bono work, offering legal assistance to individuals who are unable to afford professional legal counsel. His approach to legal service is deeply rooted in empathy and public welfare, embodying the true essence of ethical legal practice and contributing meaningfully to the community.
