A BA LLB (Hons) graduate from the Faculty of Law, University of Allahabad, she earned her Master’s degree in Criminal and Security Laws from Rashtriya Raksha University, Gandhinagar, where she was awarded the RRU Gold Medal for securing the top rank in the 2023 batch. She is also a qualified UGC-NET 2023 candidate.

Nivedita has served as an Assistant Professor of Law at Utthan-Shambhunath Institutions, actively contributing to legal education and student mentoring. She has enriched her expertise through Faculty Development Programmes and certifications, and her role as a Student Research Associate at Rashtriya Raksha University allowed her to contribute to impactful projects like the PAIF Research Forum for Gujarat Police.
