RNB Global University, Bikaner (Rajasthan) is organizing 6th SETH JAGANNATH BAJAJ MEMORIAL RNBGU INTERNATIONAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION-2023 to be held from 10 to 12 February 2023.

About RNB Global University
RNB Global University, Bikaner is established vide Act No. 20 of 2015 in the State of Rajasthan. The University is spread on a vast well-developed campus and offers courses in various disciplines having all modern facilities. Faculty of Law ,RNB Global University started in 2016 and has Five Years Law Degree Courses of B.A. LL.B. and BBA LL.B. The teacher-student ratio at present is 1:8. The curriculum for the courses fulfills the requirements of BCI and is in compliance with other competitions, like- Judicial and Civil services etc.

About 6th SETH JAGANNATH BAJAJ MEMORIAL RNBGU INTERNATIONAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION-2023
The School of Law of the RNB Global University, Bikaner [Rajasthan) proudly announces 6th SETH JAGANNATH BAJAJ MEMORIAL RNBGU INTERNATIONAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, a Three Days’ Moot Court Competition, to be held from 10 February to 12 February 2023.

Eligibility
Each law college / University in India and in any foreign country shall be eligible to send one team of its regular students. The competition is open for bonafide students pursuing three-year LL.B. or five year integrated law course or any first degree course of law in any other country and they must carry their ID cards and all other necessary documents to justify their eligibility.

Team Composition
Each team shall consist of a maximum 3 members out of whom two members shall be speaker and one researcher. Teams shall specify such counsels with their orders and Researchers at the time of registration and this cannot be changed later during the time of competition.

How to Register?
Interested candidates may register by filling the form as mentioned in the brochure and pay the registration fees. All necessary documents & proof of m=registration fees must be submitted within the stipulated time.

Registration Fee

Rs. 5000 (Rupees Five thousand only) for teams from India

Or US$ 120 (US Dollars One hundred twenty only) for Teams outside India

(a) With accommodation in single room, during the period of competition, food, pick up & drop from airport/Railway station /Bus stand, and any other facility provided by the university, to its discretion.

(b) The members of team from outside India participating in the competition shall be taken on a three days sight-seeing tour in and around Rajasthan (India) as a gesture of good relations and friendship).

Rs. 2500 (Rupees two thousand five hundred only): without accommodation.

The registration fees can be paid through online transfer. Registration fees can also be deposited online in the account of university. Account detail is –

Winner Team: Rs. 21, 000 + Trophy + Certificate

Runner Up Team: Rs. 11, 000 + Trophy + Certificate

Best Memorial: Rs. 5100 +Trophy + Certificate

Best Researcher: Rs. 2100 + Trophy +Certificate

Best Speaker: Rs. 2100 + Trophy + Certificate

Participation Certificate to every participant will be given.
Facilities of Food & Accommodation will be provided to all team participants.
Participants of the competition from outside India Shall be taken on a three days sight-seeing tour in and around Rajasthan (India) as a gesture of good relations and friendship.
One faculty member with the team from outside India is also allowed.
