About the Opportunity

Carmona Law is inviting applications from eligible candidates for its legal summer internship program in Orlando.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assisting in research for complaints, motions, affidavits, memoranda, and other legal documents.
  Assisting attorneys with investigations in preparation for lawsuits and mediations.
• Assisting attorneys with drafting pleading documents, motions and cross-motions, discovery responses and demands, subpoenas, and other legal correspondence.
• Assisting in the preparation of Immigration Forms and Bankruptcy Petitions.

Requirements

• Must be actively pursuing a juris doctorate degree.
• Experience drafting pleadings is preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
