About the Opportunity
Carmona Law is inviting applications from eligible candidates for its legal summer internship program in Orlando.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assisting in research for complaints, motions, affidavits, memoranda, and other legal documents.
Assisting attorneys with investigations in preparation for lawsuits and mediations. - Assisting attorneys with drafting pleading documents, motions and cross-motions, discovery responses and demands, subpoenas, and other legal correspondence.
- Assisting in the preparation of Immigration Forms and Bankruptcy Petitions.
Requirements
- Must be actively pursuing a juris doctorate degree.
- Experience drafting pleadings is preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
