About the 1st DSA Legal International Article Writing Competition 

Legal Vidhiya, in partnership with DSA Legal, is proud to announce the 1st DSA Legal International Article Writing Competition, a unique opportunity for law enthusiasts, academicians, and students to showcase their research and writing skills on an international platform.

Theme: Corporate Law and Disputes

Participants are invited to submit articles on one of the following themes:

1. Commercial Litigation & Dispute
2. Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code
3. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
4. Merger & Acquisition Landscape
5. Legal Tech & Litigation
6. Any Other Topic Relating to Corporate Law

Eligibility

• Undergraduate Law Students from  colleges recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
• Postgraduate Law Students from law schools across India.
• Law Students enrolled in law schools outside of India.

Awards & Recognition

• 1st Prize: INR ₹5000, Certificate of Merit & Publication (Hardcopy) & Trophy.
• 2nd Prize: INR ₹2500, Certificate of Merit & Publication (Hardcopy) & Trophy.
• 3rd Prize: INR ₹1100, Certificate of Merit & Publication (Hardcopy) & Trophy.
• Selected articles will also be published on Legal Vidhiya’s platforms, offering visibility among industry leaders and peers.
• E-Certificate of Participation to all the Participants.
