About the 1st DSA Legal International Article Writing Competition
Legal Vidhiya, in partnership with DSA Legal, is proud to announce the 1st DSA Legal International Article Writing Competition, a unique opportunity for law enthusiasts, academicians, and students to showcase their research and writing skills on an international platform.
Theme: Corporate Law and Disputes
Participants are invited to submit articles on one of the following themes:
- Commercial Litigation & Dispute
- Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code
- Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
- Merger & Acquisition Landscape
- Legal Tech & Litigation
- Any Other Topic Relating to Corporate Law
Eligibility
- Undergraduate Law Students from colleges recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
- Postgraduate Law Students from law schools across India.
- Law Students enrolled in law schools outside of India.
Awards & Recognition
- 1st Prize: INR ₹5000, Certificate of Merit & Publication (Hardcopy) & Trophy.
- 2nd Prize: INR ₹2500, Certificate of Merit & Publication (Hardcopy) & Trophy.
- 3rd Prize: INR ₹1100, Certificate of Merit & Publication (Hardcopy) & Trophy.
- Selected articles will also be published on Legal Vidhiya’s platforms, offering visibility among industry leaders and peers.
