About the Speaker

Mr. Dhananjay Kumar is the Founder of Dhananjay & Associates, a law firm with a strong presence before the Patna High Court, Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court of India. He has built a solid reputation in litigation through his consistent advocacy and dedication to representing clients across a wide spectrum of legal matters.

He regularly handles cases relating to Writ Jurisdiction, Criminal Matters, Service Matters, and Civil Original as well as Appellate Jurisdictions, along with matters arising under Company Jurisdiction. His litigation practice also extends to representing clients before various specialized tribunals including the Land Tribunal, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, and the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commissions at Patna and Delhi.

In addition to his independent practice, Mr. Kumar serves as a Panel Advocate for the Union Bank of India, where he represents the bank in various legal matters.
