options for filing Pre-grant oppositions or third-party observations with law firms.
law firms in preparing arguments on technical front with respect to patent litigation and patent oppositions.
patent watch- Monitoring the IP filed by competitor entities.
of documents to be filed in the court during Litigation.
of cease & desist letters to be sent to patent infringers.
with cross functional teams for gathering market information, competitor sample availability.
due diligence
of report on Competitor company profile (Product portfolio, sales, markets etc).
patent infringers on relevant websites s part of Patent Enforcement globally.

Eligibility Criteria

10-15 years of relevant experience (Law firms experience preferred)
in chemistry (MSc) OR Pharmaceutical sciences (M. Pharma)
Diploma in IPR, Patent agent, LLB is preferred.
understanding & interpretation on patent law, competitor market watch, exposure of interaction with Lawyers & Senior counsels. Designing strategies for patent opposition and patent enforcement.
Interpersonal skill required to interact with cross functional teams, Internal (Marketing, Business Teams) & External stake holders (Law Firms- Attorneys & Senior Counsel).
