Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in handling matters before trial courts, High Courts, NCLT, and other tribunals
- Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and research notes
- Support senior counsel in strategy formulation and case preparation
- Appear before courts and tribunals for hearings
- Coordinate with clients and maintain case records
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team collaboration
Eligibility Criteria
- Senior Associate: 4–5 years PQE in active litigation
- Associate: 1–2 years PQE in active litigation
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Experience in commercial disputes, corporate litigation, insolvency, and white-collar matters (preferred)
- Ability to independently handle filings, client communication, and court appearances
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach
