Role and Responsibilities

Draft legal documents, memos, sale deeds, confirmation deeds, MOUs and other written materials with accuracy and clarity.
Drafting of Society Conveyance.
Title due diligence, search and title reports Review, revise, and update contracts, agreements,
Ensure compliance with legal requirements of RERA and documentation for registration of projects.
Collaborate with other legal advisers and professionals to review and coordinate the development of legal writing and documents.
Prepare legal documents for court presentations, including briefs, opinions, and records of actions. Stay updated on changes in legal laws, regulations, and new precedents relevant to legal writing cases.
