ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Ms. Bhaavya Roy is a highly experienced and empathetic criminal lawyer, who is the Founder of Kranti Law Offices. Prior to establishing her own firm in October 2022, she worked as a Managing Associate in the Litigation Team at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices India (formerly known as Luthra and Luthra Law Offices) for several years, and later made the big move to DSK Legal with the L&L Litigation team. With a strong focus on criminal litigation, Bhaavya also specializes in laws relating to sexual harassment at the workplace (POSH), laws related to sexual abuse in children (POCSO), diversity inclusion legislations, family law litigation, laws related to Foreign National Prisoners.
