About the Opportunity
Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern. This internship offers law students an opportunity to gain practical exposure to corporate legal work, including legal research, contract drafting and review, documentation, compliance, and coordination with internal business teams.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on various legal and regulatory topics as assigned by the legal team.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Support the maintenance and organization of legal records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding compliance-related matters.
- Assist in preparing legal reports, summaries, case notes, and other documentation.
- Support the legal team in day-to-day corporate legal activities.
- Undertake administrative and other legal tasks as assigned by the organization.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess:
- Currently pursuing a Law Degree, preferably in the 1st or 2nd year.
- Basic understanding of Corporate Law and Commercial Law.
- Good legal research and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based corporate environment.
