About the Job Opportunity
- Drafting and reviewing of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
- Ensuring all legal documents are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conducting legal research and providing summaries and analysis of laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to the company’s operations.
- Maintaining accurate and well-organized corporate records and legal documents.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage regulatory filings and submissions.
- Support in corporate governance activities, including board meetings and shareholder meetings.
- Assisting in the implementation of corporate governance best practices.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Must hold a degree in Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in legal and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience working in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) is mandatory
