About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Immigration Consultant with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in handling individual immigration applications across Canada, USA, and European visas. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in immigration pathways, documentation, government procedures, and compliance requirements across these regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end immigration guidance and consulting services for individual applicants targeting Canada, USA, and European countries.
- Conduct eligibility assessments based on client profiles and visa program requirements (Express Entry, PNP, Study/Work permits, Green Card, Schengen, UK visas etc.).
- Prepare, review, and submit immigration applications and related legal documentation.
- Stay updated with changes in immigration law, policy updates, eligibility criteria, and processing timelines for Canada, USA & Europe.
- Advise clients on documentation, interview preparation, travel requirements, settlement services, and post-landing support.
- Liaise with immigration authorities, embassies, consulates, and legal partners to track application status and resolve issues.
- Educate clients on immigration policies, fees, timelines, and expectations.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Build strong client relationships and provide regular status updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience as an Immigration Consultant or similar role.
Proven experience with Canada (Express Entry, PNP, Study/Work Permits), USA (H-1B, F-1, Green Card, Visit visa), and European visas (Schengen, Work/Residence Permits).
Strong knowledge of immigration law, documentation requirements, and application processes.
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a portfolio of client cases.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and immigration software tools.
Fluency in English; other languages an advantage.
