Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lawyer, located in Mysore. The Lawyer will be responsible for managing legal documentation, contract drafting and review, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role includes handling property-related legal issues, conducting due diligence for real estate transactions, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to address legal concerns effectively. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Strong skills in Legal Documentation and Contract Drafting

Expertise in Real Estate Laws, Property Laws, and Compliance Regulations

Experience in Legal Research, Case Analysis, and Dispute Resolution

Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving Skills

Ability to interpret and apply laws and regulations effectively

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law and bar membership is required
