Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate with government departments, local authorities, and statutory bodies to obtain necessary approvals, NOCs, and clearances for real estate projects.
- Handle documentation and submissions related to land conversion, plan approvals, sanctions, and registrations.
- Maintain strong relationships with officials to ensure smooth and timely processing of applications.
- Track the status of approvals and update management on progress.
- Assist the legal and project teams with compliance-related requirements.
- Ensure all liaisoning activities are in line with local laws and regulations.
- Maintain proper records of correspondence, approvals, and licenses.
Preferred candidate profile
- Good understanding of real estate approvals, compliance, and regulatory processes.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (internal teams & external authorities).
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of local land laws, RERA, and municipal processes is preferred.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s of Law
- 5 to 6 years of experience in real estate industry
