Role Description

This is a part-time Associate role based on remote work. The Associate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, handling legal research, analyzing contracts, and providing legal advice to clients. They will work closely with the firm’s team to offer comprehensive legal solutions and ensure client satisfaction. The role also requires the Associate to assist with case preparation, liaise with clients, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Experience in corporate law, litigation, or related legal fields is a plus

Proficiency in Legal Research, Legal Drafting, and Negotiation

Strong understanding of Contracts, Compliance, and Regulatory Law

Attention to detail and excellent drafting and proofreading skills

Effective communication and client management abilities

Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment

Proficiency in time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and current registration with a recognized Bar Council
