Role description

Under supervision of reporting superior carrying out responsibility for assigned units:

  • Reduce/prevent the Exposures in terms of personal liberty of employees and financial liabilities against the company, arising out of the safety related incidents under Laws related to Establishment.
  • Advise and defend the Company’s interest in the Power Management functions.
  • Protection of Company Assets before several for a and tribunals.

Defending Medical Negligence and Consumer Protection Matters.
