About the Job Opportunity
This is a on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer at Stateful Coders in Indore. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on corporate transactions, compliance, governance, and risk management. They will work closely with the management team to ensure legal compliance and mitigate legal risks.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Legal research and analysis skills
- Experience in corporate transactions and compliance
- Knowledge of corporate governance and risk management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Experience in the tech industry is a plus
